U have some nice drawings in here, it does me great pleasure to finaly see some anatomy in your last post. as you told me this morning yourself there is something wrong with the ribs, they point in the wrong direction, fix that will ya.
once again I'm here to tell u that u need to focus more on overal form for a while, don't try to do everything at the same time, you really are evolving rapidly.
"SO" here is what i would try to do, focus a bit on pencil sketches, learn to draw lines/form with your pencil, also learn to sketch'n'render in grayscales, don't focus on colours, try to see everything in grayscales, it will help u a lot in the end.
I know it will be hard for u to focus less on your wacom, because u are afraid to mess up with your pencil, but thats just what u need to do,
U NEED TO MESS UP so you can learn from your faults. you have to ask yourself the same question everytime dude:
"WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ? AND HOW CAN I IMRPOVE THAT ?"
if you keep asking yourself that question and try to focus on it, you'll start to notice what you are doing wrong.
keep studying pencil sketches from the old masters and artists you like today. ask me anytime how you should work with a pencil.
afterwards u can scan in your pencil sketch and work a bit on it with your wacom, but I suggest to lay down your wacom for a while, and focus on the basics. So that your fear to fail will pass away.
nice work hier op uw blog.
